Please read the following
1. Subsequent transcripts are subject to a minimum fee of 500 pesos.
2. Requests should be made in timely fashion (at least two weeks in advance).
3. Requests will only be entertained during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - GMT +8).
4. Official transcripts will only be sent to recognized academic institutions and to other institutions to satisfy legal documents.
5. Transcript requests are available from January to March and June to November only.

You will receive another email with instructions for settling the mailing cost and other fees, such as postal and delivery fees.
