1. Subsequent transcripts are subject to a minimum fee of 100 pesos per certificate.
2. Requests should be made in timely fashion (at least two weeks in advance).
3. Requests will only be entertained during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - GMT +8).
